Autografica proudly presents this motorsport-themed, open-plan, barn accommodation for up to 8 with summer swimming pool and a half-acre garden in the idyllic Loir region, just 40 minutes north of La Loire, Tours and only 25 mins from historic Plantagenet city and home of Motorsport, Le Mans.
Built around 1850 and recently converted into a stylish living space for up to three couples, a family of six or even eight, using the sofa bed. Fully-fitted kitchen with Gas hob, Electric Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher and Fridge-freezer. Full-size American Pool table, Dart Board and Outdoor Ping-Pong Table.
A full-size utility room including washing-machine, tumble-dryer is also available for your use. Heating is by electric radiators and/or log burner in the lounge. A BBQ and a patio furniture set is also supplied.
