Returns & Refunds

Physical Products
Autografica SASU offers a 14-day return policy for physical items. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible:
• Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

How to return
Contact us at info@autografica.store to start a return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom/personalized products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the eligibility criteria above.

Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Digital Products (Mandatory)
Digital products, including gift cards and accommodation bookings, are delivered electronically.
• No physical shipping applies
• No shipping fees are charged
• Delivery is made via email or digital confirmation
• Digital products are non-refundable once issued, except where required by law
