1. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on www.autografica.store and define the rights and obligations of Autografica and its customers in accordance with French and EU consumer law.
2. Products and Availability
All products shown are offered while stocks last. Product descriptions and images are provided for illustrative purposes; minor variations may occur. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, you will be notified and refunded in full.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all French taxes (including VAT where applicable). Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes applicable outside France are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and any others shown at checkout. Autografica reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons (e.g. suspected fraud, payment issues, stock unavailability).
5. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary by carrier or destination. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery. In case of loss or damage during shipment, customers must notify Autografica and the carrier within 7 days of receipt.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Orders Only)
Under EU law, consumers (non-business buyers) have 14 days from receipt of goods to withdraw without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact info@autografica.store before the withdrawal period expires. Products must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging, within 14 days of notifying us. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exceptions: Customised, personalised, or made-to-order products are non-returnable under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
7. Returns and Refunds
If an item is defective or incorrect, contact <a href="mailto:info@autografica.store">Mail me</a> within 7 days of receipt. Autografica will arrange for replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with French warranty law.
8. Legal Guarantees
All products are covered by:
The legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code), and
The guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
These guarantees apply independently of any commercial warranty.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, you may first contact us to seek an amicable solution. Consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
In the absence of an amicable settlement, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
